Contoh Narrative text dan soalnya

Narrative text adalah suatu teks yang bercerita tentang suatu dongeng atau kisah atau juga suatu legenda yang terjadi di suatu daerah. Selain itu, di dalam narrative text terkadang terdapat pesan moral yang tersampaikan melalui setiap ceritanya. Narrative text juga menjadi salah satu teks sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan dikarenakan selalu masuk dalam soal ujian nasional. Untuk itu disini akan saya berikan contoh narrative text beserta contoh soal yang diujikan saat ujian nasional. Berikut adalah contoh dan soalnya:




      

      Once upon a time there lived a small lizard named Kinka. A small lizard. It had a ring around its neck, It lived in kings garden. One day the king was taking a walk around his garden. When he was looking at the trees, he saw Kinka. Kinka was nodding his head. 
      " Look at this lizard" said the king. " This lizard is very clever. He knows how to behave in front of a king. He is certainly the most polite animal I have ever seen." Then the king called gardener. " I want you to feed this lizard. Give him some meat everyday, here is a bag of gold coins to pay for the meal."
      Kinka grew fat and lazy. He no longer ran through the garden. One day, the gardener was too busy to buy meat. Instead, he hung gold coins around Kinka's neck. It happened again and again. the gold coins became too heavy for Kinka.
      The king was taking duty walk and he saw Kinka. This time Kinka didnot nod because of the coins around. It simply look downed in the king. the king became very angry. He thought Kinka was being impolite to him. As a result, the king refused to buy any food for Kinka. Kinka had to find its own food

    Once upon a time, a grandmother and her granddaughter lived in Roti Island. Nusa Tenggara Timur. they had a field and grew some vegetables. the grandmother sold them at the market.
    In the morning, the grandmother would go to the market. before she left, she asked her granddaughter to cook. 
    " Please cook some rice for lunch. but just cook one grain of rice. Is's enough for both of us"
    " Why grandma?" asked the girl.
    " Just do what i said"
    The grandmother then left for the market. Later, the girl started to cook. However, she felt a grain of rice would not enough for them.
    " I think it's not enough for me and my grandmother." Te she took two handful of rice. Suddenly, something bad happened to the rice pot. " Oh no! the rice flowed out of the pot! shouted the girl. " What should I do? The rice became rice porridge. It flowed and flowed until it covered the kitchen. Suddenly, the grandmother came home. the girl explained what happened.
   " You are naughty girl! Why didn't you listen to me? The grandmother was so angry. She hit the girl with a wooden stick.
    " Please forgive me, grandma! The girl turned into a monkey. The monkey the ran away and climb the tree. The grandmother chased it. from the tree, the monkey said. " Grandmother, I'm a monkey now. i cannot live with you anymore. You are alone."
    The monkey climbed up and disapeared. The grandmother was very sad. She regretted waht she had done to her beloved  granddaughter. " Please come back to me. Please forgive me, my granddaughter!" but it was too late.
    The little girl has turned into a monkey and never came home. The people of Roti Island believe this story. And that is until now; people in the Roti Island never hit their children or other's people child. They are afraid thet the child would turn into a monkey

    Long ago a rich man wanted the very best education for his son, and so he sent him abroad to learn other languages. A few years later when the young man returned home, the only language he had learnt was dog's language. The father was so indignant that he drove his son out of the house, and said that he wished to have nothing further to do with him. The young man left his house with his broken heart.
    After a great deal of wandering, the young man arrived in a village which was terrorize by a pack of ferocious dogs. Although everybody had advised him not to wander there, the young man insisted on going into the wood there dogs lived, and, too much amazement, he returned without even s scratch. He said that dogs had spoken to him, explaining they were ferocious because they were compelled by a spell to keep guard all the time over a rich treasure chest buried in the woods. the young man solved all the problems by digging up the chest for himself, so the dogs were free to wander off and troubled the villagers no further.
    One day, the young man came him in a luxurious carriage followed by the long line carts, loaded with all the richest he had accumulated as a result of his ability to talk with dogs! the rich man was very proud of his son and he was aware then that everyone had his own capability.

    The king of mice lived inside a banyan tree in a forest. One day, a poor man was cutting down some trees. As he started to cut down the banyan tree, the king of the mice grew frightened " please, leave the tree standing " he said to woodcutter, " and I'll give you piece of gold everyday."
     The woodcutter agreed. So, every evening the king of the mice took out a piece af gold from under the roots of the tree and gave it to woodcutter. the woodcutter took the pieces of gold home and showed them to his wife.
     After a few days, his wife asked him, " where does the gold come from ?"
     " Don't worry about that," he said " just keep it,"
     A few days later she asked him again, but he did not tell her. " If you don't tell me," she said, " I'll go and tell the government or even the king that you are a robber."
    The woodcutter was frightened of his wife when she was angry. So he said, " every evening the king of the mice gives me a piece of gold from under the roots of the tree."
    " Oh you are stupid!" his wife said. " You've been tricked by a mouse. He gives you one piece of gold every evening but the rest of the gold is under the tree all the time! Why don't you cut down the tree and take it all away?"
    The woodcutter did as he was tol. He cut down the tree. But when he looked under the roots, the gold was not there. The king of the mice had run away too.
     That night, the king of the mice crept up to woodcutter's house and took back all the gold. So the woodcutter was as poor as before.
